    I absolutely love this place! The staff is so sweet and nice.

    My coworker has been getting the Spicy Chicken Teriyaki here all the time, and I eventually joined him and was shocked! The sauce that they make for the spicy chicken is amazing. I would highly recommend getting anything made spicy.

    I've been here multiple times and each time the food is great, and the service is great.
    Since I'm normally in for lunch, I get a bento box with teriyaki chicken with a spicy tuna roll or California roll.
    Everything is cooked perfectly and the wasabi is real!

    Today I attempted to call in an order and was treated so rudely that I will never give them business again. In less than one minute, I confirmed their location (since there are several locations with the same name), asked what their lunch special was and I was told to hurry up since she was busy. That's not the way to treat customers and I didn't realize 1 minute was taking a long time. I told her that was rude and never mind. I even went as far as saying goodbye before I hung up since I'm not going to be rude. So frustrating that there is very little customer service these days!! This location is at the bottom of the hill from Valley Medical Center.

    I've been coming here about fifteen years. Have ordered the same exact thing for the last ten. Special with white meat. They charge me extra, I bring friends in with me, everyone is happy. It got to a point where I just had to walk in and they would know my order. I currently hold the rank as Duke here, I believe. That's how often I go. Today was my last day.

    The food quality seemed to take a hit this year. About a month ago, they may have gotten new owners, but the service got worse. I had to argue my way to the order I wanted. It worked a couple times, special plus an extra charge. Today the lady at the counter refused. I asked what changed since I've ordered the same thing for ten years without issue. "Maybe that is how it was ten years ago. No."  

    I'm all about service, and there are a dozen teriyaki places around. Time to find a new favorite.

    My boyfriend and I eat here very frequently and unfortunately after todays visit, we will not come again. There is normally a very sweet lady working and today there was not. We ordered $40 worth of food. We also ordered a side salad and asked for "a few" extra dressings. When we got our food the woman put one extra dressing and I told her we wanted more and she refused. Said we only paid for one. I told her we asked for more than one and she looked at me in the face and said have a nice day! Money hungry people are not the type of people we want to give our business to. We were willing to pay for it but we didn't have cash and only had a card and it seemed pointless to spend $1.00 on a credit car for extra dressing that we had asked for.
